Using a sample of 370 patients at an Phuoc General Hospital in Phan Thiet City, Binh Thuan Province, Vietnam. The data was processed and analyzed using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with Bootstrap analysis to test the reliability of the model.
